Our firm transformed into iconic Clue characters at the ARA Chili Cook Off this year. We thought it'd be fun to take a break from legal jargon and solve a culinary mystery instead. Our chili? Well, it was simply to die for. So good in fact that Colonel Mustard himself would have committed a crime for a second helping. Miss Scarlet didn't stand a chance, and we left Professor Plum puzzled (more than usual). The competition was fierce, but our Clue-themed booth stole the show with creative decorations and mouthwatering chili recipes. It was an unforgettable day of fun and fierce chili rivalry!
The Atlanta Communities Woodstock Fall Festival brought communities together, and we were thrilled to be a part of it. At the Woodstock Fall Festival, our booth was the coolest – literally. We went the "icy" route with Kona Ice snow cones. Nothing says fall like a snow cone, right? We loved seeing the joy it brought to festival-goers of all ages.
The Cobb Association of Realtors Annual Golf Tournaments are like our real estate law firm's version of the Masters, minus the green jackets but with an abundance of enthusiasm! This year, the C&J team set up camp at hole #2, armed with enough swag to make even the most seasoned realtors feel like they hit the jackpot. We dished out goodies, dropped cheesy golf jokes, and had a blast mingling with fellow real estate pros. While we can't promise you a hole-in-one, we can definitely guarantee you a hole lotta fun when we're in the mix. As we put on our one-of-a-kind golf towels, your Cook & James team is here fore you.

These fun and engaging classes provided valuable insights to fellow professionals, ensuring that we all stay on top of our game.
