Cook & James brought its trademark fun and popular, sought-after tchotchkes to many industry events and happenings in 2022. From the Atlanta REALTORs Association (ARA) Top Producers gala event in March to the Women’s Council of Atlanta’s “cocktails and content” gathering in May to the Georgia REALTOR (GAR) annual expo in Nashville in September to a strong showing at the ARA chili cookoff in the fall, the C&J team added a fun, purple flavor to events, highlighting its trademark “canons” creatively sprinkled throughout its initiatives and campaign. These favorite, catchy sayings – like “you catch more flies with honey,” “practice what you preach,” “the buck stops here,” and more - serve as the firm’s north star, guiding all its decision-making with professionalism, integrity, efficiency, and excellent customer service.

The firm was “out and about” at many other 2022 events and happenings including spending time at the ARA/FMLS Showcase in Cobb County, more chili eating with the Cherokee Association of REALTORs, multiple events with friends and colleagues at Atlanta Communities Woodstock, and even was able to grab a photo with Governor Brian Kemp at a 400 North Association of REALTORs breakfast.
