What we need from you:

• Everyone's case is different and requires careful preparation. The first step in handling your case is to meet with us to discuss your particular situation. The first hour consultation is free on all cases. In order to make the most of the consultation, we ask that you do the following in preparation for the meeting:
  • Please write down or tape record the details of your case
  • Make a list of questions you want answered, thus ensuring you leave with the answers you need.
  • Bring all paperwork and materials directly related to your case with you, including but not limited to any police reports, court notices, citations, subpoenas.

What you can expect from us:

• We will review your case in detail with you. Afterwards, our team of criminal attorneys will meet and discuss the best strategies to win your case.
• We will contact you to go over our plan of attack. At that time you can decide if you wish to retain our services.
• If you decide to hire our firm, our office will then gather all of the evidence needed to represent your case to the fullest. You can expect the following:

  • Working on courtroom strategies.
  • Handling all the paper work necessary to move your case through the justice system.
